My Machine Cockpit

With the Machine Cockpit, you can quickly access all relevant information about your machines. For example, you can find important documents to download here. This also applies to the basic HERMA 500 unit(s) installed at your site. You can find out which wear and spare parts are suitable for your equipment. You can also define the name and location of machines, giving you an optimum overview.

Not sure when to find a device in the Machine Cockpit? You can tell whether your application can be found in the cockpit by the fact that it is equipped with a blue machine label. You can also recognize these devices by the 6-digit machine numbers starting with an 8. You can register individual labelers instead using the 8-digit serial number, as well as the associated test room under "My base units".

Remote analysis via QR code

This function helps you troubleshoot your HERMA 500 labeler. If a problem occurs, you can scan the QR code on the display of your HERMA 500. This transfers the current settings and parameters to the online portal and can be viewed by a HERMA technician. This works entirely without the labeler being connected to the Internet - you can determine yourself the time at which the data is transferred. Your HERMA technician can now help you to identify possible incorrect settings or provide support for a correct adjustment of the parameters.

Of course, this function is also suitable for archiving certain settings in order to be able to retrace them later. The comparison function can be used to display exactly the differences between the parameters at different points in time.
