In the Training Center, many instructions and tutorials are supported with videos. So you see step by step what to do and can stop or repeat sections if necessary.

With the Training Center, we offer you the opportunity to receive a wide range of assistance around the clock and regardless of location for all aspects of HERMA labelers. Should you still need personal support, we and our service partners are of course at your disposal.

Visual Support
Our Visual Support Service helps you to carry out minor problems or repairs yourself immediately via video conference without having to wait for a technician to arrive. Using a smartphone or tablet, you show us your machine and receive tips and instructions from a trained service employee. Via augmented reality functions, these can be visualized directly in the video. We are currently in a test phase and offer this service free of charge.
