A benchmark to get you started

Users appreciated the HERMA basic as an entry-level model among the labelers. The new HERMA eco does not disappoint in this respect either. Amazingly flexible, with high-quality features and easy to use - this is what makes the HERMA eco unique in its class. This is ensured by a compact, robust design, a variety of different dispensing systems and sophisticated functionalities. The HERMA eco also offers the reliable quality of an international technology leader - "made in Germany", with efficient service worldwide. You can access the latest software updates and operating instructions, including tutorials, and order spare or wear parts around the clock via the myHERMA portal. The HERMA eco completely redefines cost-effectiveness.

A perfect connection

I/O PINs enable automatic power on/power off, separate start of the labeling process and manual pre-dispensing via the system control - particularly advantageous when setting up the applicator. The end of the tape can also be checked as an option. In addition, the printer and peel-off unit have separately controllable connections. For example, a printer can be used in conjunction with a pneumatic transfer unit. What also makes the HERMA eco a safe investment: the mini-USB connection for firmware updates.

A clever operating concept

Just three large operating buttons, a clear display and a single-level menu structure make operation extremely intuitive and time-saving. This also reduces the time and effort required for familiarization and training. Fine adjustments to achieve optimum labeling results can be made using parameters that are quickly accessible to the operating personnel.

For exact results

Its master encoder function, by no means a matter of course in the entry-level segment, allows the HERMA eco to achieve particularly precise labeling. This is because the label feed always remains automatically synchronized with the speed of the conveyor belt. This ensures precision, even at different labeling speeds up to a maximum speed of up to 30 meters per minute. Together with the option of integrating a printer, this means that the HERMA eco is well equipped for even simple pharmaceutical or healthcare tasks.

For long running times

The newly designed winder and unwinder also contribute to accuracy. The high-quality plastic results in a low weight. This means that less inert mass has to be moved. This also benefits the labeling quality. The core for holding the label rolls is the same as in the premium model HERMA 500 and is characterized by high stability.

For short set-up times

The empty carrier tape is removed from the rewinder quickly and easily by pulling a clamping fork off the rewinding core - a particularly user-friendly and easy-to-handle process.

Quickly set up label scanning

The HERMA eco uses either a fork light barrier or FS03 sensor to detect labels on the backing tape. Reliable label scanning is therefore guaranteed for all materials. The easily accessible sensor can be taught in quickly at the touch of a button. This saves time, as there is no need to call up a separate menu and start the labeling process.
