If your request is suitable for Visual Support, a HERMA specialist will arrange an appointment with you. This will take place immediately or at a time of your choice (depending on the availability of a technician)

You will then receive a link to our myHERMA portal, where you will find a cost estimate and have to confirm the appointment. The appointment will only take place with your confirmation.

After confirmation, you will receive an appointment invitation and the link to Visual Support by e-mail. Open this link for your appointment and support will start immediately.

During Visual Support, the HERMA specialist can take screenshots, which are later made available to you in myHERMA. This will provide you with precise documentation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the beginning of the Visual Support.

At the end of Visual Support, you will receive an invoice for the actual duration only. The invoice may therefore differ from the cost estimate.
