To allow us to cater perfectly to the differing needs of our various customers, HERMA offers three different service agreements for labeling machines, with harmonized, modular service packages:
- from annual inspection and priority response to a personal liaison to help with all your needs.
- This will enable you to remain operational and flexible and honor the delivery dates you promise your customers – for the entirety of your product’s service life.
- On request, HERMA will also put together a standardized spare/wear parts package designed specially for your machine or applicator.
